Terms of Use
1. Licence
AW Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CourtHD and CourtHD Score on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
2. CourtHD Pro, subscriptions and purchases
CourtHD is free to download. Streaming with a stream key, the scoreboard, recording and each match's box score are free. CourtHD Pro is an optional purchase that adds YouTube Connect, the post-match tools (highlights, vertical shorts, commentary and re-rendering) and season stats. Some Pro features can be tried free a limited number of times; the app shows what is left. CourtHD Score is free and has no purchases.
CourtHD Pro is sold as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country and over time.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. We never see your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- The lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewal. It unlocks the Pro features of CourtHD for as long as the app is available and supported.
- Purchases belong to the Apple Account that made them. Use Restore purchases in the app to get them back on a new or reset device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When a subscription ends, the Pro features lock again. Nothing is deleted: your recordings, match logs and anything you already exported stay on your device, and streaming with a stream key keeps working. We may change what Pro includes or its price for future purchases; a price change to a subscription you already hold follows Apple's rules, including notice and, where required, your consent.
3. YouTube
CourtHD uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or streaming to YouTube with CourtHD, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of YouTube is governed by them and by the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your channel and everything you broadcast on it, including following YouTube's Community Guidelines and correctly marking content made for kids. See our Privacy Policy for what the app does with your YouTube account.
4. What you film
You are responsible for having the right to record and broadcast the people, venue and event you film. That includes any consent your league, venue, school or local law requires, especially where minors are involved. Don't use CourtHD to record anyone without the permission you need, or to break the law.
5. Your recordings and data
Recordings, match logs and rosters are stored only on your devices. We can't recover them if the app is deleted or a device is lost or reset. Keep copies of anything you want to keep (Photos, Files, or your YouTube channel).
6. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the apps, and don't use them to get around YouTube's or anyone else's limits or rules. We may stop supporting devices or iOS versions that can no longer run the apps well.
7. Intellectual property
The apps, their design, scoreboards, artwork and text are owned by AW Labs or its licensors. Videos you make with CourtHD are yours.
8. No warranty
Live streaming depends on networks, devices and YouTube, which we don't control. The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise that a stream or recording will always start, stay up or be saved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AW Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps, including a missed or lost stream or recording. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the apps in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited under your local law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the apps after changes are posted means you accept them.
