CourtHD
CourtHD turns an iPhone into a camera for indoor volleyball. It streams the match live to your YouTube channel with the scoreboard in the picture, records a copy on the phone, and afterwards makes highlights, vertical shorts, commentary and chapter markers. Its companion app, CourtHD Score, keeps score from the bench over Bluetooth.
Live on YouTube
Connect your channel once. Go live creates the broadcast, and Stop ends it and saves the replay. No trip to YouTube Studio.
Scoreboard in the picture
Scores, sets and serve are drawn into every frame, kept from the bench phone.
Keeps going
If the gym Wi-Fi drops, the stream moves to cellular and the recording never stops.
After the match
Highlights, vertical shorts, spoken commentary, box scores and YouTube chapters.
Free and Pro
CourtHD is free to download, and so is CourtHD Score. Streaming to YouTube with a stream key, the scoreboard, recording and each match's box score are free, with no watermark and no time limit. Your viewers never pay: the stream is on your own YouTube channel.
CourtHD Pro is an optional purchase (monthly, yearly or one-time lifetime) that adds YouTube Connect, the post-match tools (highlights, vertical shorts, commentary and re-rendering) and season stats. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Details are in the Terms of Use.
How CourtHD uses YouTube
CourtHD uses YouTube API Services. When you connect your YouTube channel, the app creates and ends live broadcasts on that channel, sets up the stream it sends video to, and writes the result and chapters into a finished broadcast's description. It only does this when you tap Go live, End broadcast or Update description. It never uploads other videos, reads your viewing history or posts anything else. By using CourtHD's YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
You can disconnect in the app (Settings โ YouTube account โ Disconnect) or remove CourtHD's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections.

Common questions
It says LIVE but nobody can see the stream. With a connected channel, check the broadcast status on the Go live sheet. With a pasted stream key, a broadcast has to be scheduled on that key in YouTube Studio first.
YouTube says live streaming isn't enabled. Turn it on in YouTube Studio. The first time, YouTube can take up to 24 hours.
The app asks me to reconnect YouTube. Google ended the sign-in (for example after a password change). Tap Reconnect in Settings. Going live keeps working on the channel's saved stream in the meantime.
